  • What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash as well as all major cards for payment.
  • What do I need to know before my appointment?
Please come to the appointment with no make-up and nothing applied to the area to be treated in your appointment. Please avoid alcohol 24hrs before any dermal filler appointment. If you are coming for dermal fillers you can also take arnica tablets the week leading up to treatment and after to help reduce bruising.
  • Can I bring anyone to my appointment?
Please attend your appointment on your own. No children are permitted to be at appointments due to health and safety, they can also be a distraction to both you and I, and whilst performing treatments we both need to be able to have full concentration.
  • How do I book in?
We work on an appointments-only basis - you can book in via my website or clicking the book now button on my Instagram profile. No deposit is needed but card details for the card capture system is required to ensure your booking is confirmed.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit?
We do not require a deposit for appointments however we do use a card capture system - you must enter your card details to book an appointment with us. See our cancellation policy to understand when this system will be used.
  • What happens if I am running late to an appointment?
If you are a new client coming to the salon we recommend you aim to come 15 minutes prior to your treatment to ensure enough time to find us. Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment your treatment may need to be cut short and you will still be charged for the full treatment, we recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your treatment to avoid disappointment. Please always try and contact to let us know if you are running late!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
Due to a number of recently missed appointments we have felt the need to introduce this policy. When booking your appointment through the Fresha booking system your card details will be taken - there is no deposit needed however your card details are captured to ensure your booking is confirmed. We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Giving us 48 hours notice means you are able to reschedule or cancel your appointment with no charge. If you notify us less that 48 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the value of your appointment. If you "no show" and do not notify us at all you will be charged 100% of your appointment value - this will be done automatically through the card capture system and bank details are required to book your appointment. You will also receive reminders about your appointments when booking to ensure you don’t forget or get confused with appointment dates and times. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support in allowing us to be able to do what we love.
  • I'm unsure which treatment to have?
When making your appointment we allow consultation time to go through any concerns you may have and what you would like to achieve from your appointment. This helps us to advise you on the best treatment for you! You can also send us a message along with any pictures of your concerns to ensure you are booking in for the treatment we would recommend best for you!
  • Can I have treatments if I am pregnant?
It is really important to let us know in confidence if you are pregnant as there are certain treatments and products not suitable throughout pregnancy. However we can offer lots of treatments and adapt treatments to suit you and your baby!
  • If I've had Botox/Fillers can I have a facial?
Yes, you can still have facials; however, we ask you to wait three weeks after having Botox/fillers.
